All materials and software on this website are the copyrighted property of Percetakan Bali Print Shop. All rights reserved. Any redistribution, copying, or republication of materials and software contained on the Bali Print Shop website without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

You may not upload or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos without the express written authorization of the trademark owner or a valid license. This policy applies to all text, names, images, photos, and designs submitted to Bali Print Shop for printing. The same policy applies to copyrighted material belonging to photographers, artists, publishers, composers, authors, and other original creators.

Customer Content

You understand that all information, data, text, photos, graphics, messages, or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you—and not Bali Print Shop—are entirely responsible for all Content that you send, upload, post, or transmit via email or other channels. In accordance with global internet standards, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and intellectual property rights. You agree not to use the Service to upload or transmit any Content that violates applicable laws. Bali Print Shop does not control Customer-provided Content and does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. Bali Print Shop shall not be held liable in any way for any legal consequences arising from the Content you provide.

You understand that you retain control over the privacy of any Content you choose to submit. When you or an authorized party places an order (whether on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization or company), you grant Bali Print Shop permission to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and process such Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling and printing your order.

Submission of Design Files & Digital Artwork

All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in CMYK color mode. Bali Print Shop is not responsible for any color shifts or changes resulting from conversions from RGB to CMYK color mode.

All design files and images must be provided at a resolution between 200 and 300 DPI at actual print size. Bali Print Shop is not responsible for printed results that appear blurry, distorted, or pixelated due to low resolution or incorrect sizing of the artwork provided by the Customer.

Color Matching & Proofing

Bali Print Shop is not responsible for matching colors or ink density between screen displays and the physical printed products approved by the Customer. Screen displays serve only to predict layout, text accuracy, image proportions, and element placement, but not actual colors or ink density on printed materials.

The application of coatings, laminations, and UV varnishes may affect or alter the appearance of printed colors. Bali Print Shop is not responsible for changes or the final color appearance of products that receive lamination, coating, or UV varnish at the Customer's request.

Order Approval

The Customer is fully responsible for final proofreading and approval prior to the commencement of production. Bali Print Shop is not responsible for errors in the finished product caused by any of the following:

• Spelling (typos) and punctuation errors.
• Graphic orientation, element placement, or object shifting caused by software version differences when files are opened.
• Use of incorrect fonts or missing fonts when opened on different computers.
• Incorrect placement of crop marks, guide bars, and bleed lines.
• Incorrect placement of fold lines on the design.
• File design size settings that do not match actual print dimensions.
• Color variations resulting from RGB to CMYK conversion or monitor color profile differences.
• Blurry or pixelated print outputs caused by low-resolution design files, scaling small artwork to larger dimensions, or incorrect measurement units.

Liability & Warranties

Limited Warranty : Bali Print Shop warrants that the work performed will conform to the specifications described in the purchase order. The Customer understands that all sketches, proofs, and preliminary prepress work shown prior to production are intended solely to illustrate the general type and quality of work, and do not represent the actual finished product.

Implied Warranty : Bali Print Shop's maximum liability is limited to performing work in accordance with the written description in the purchase order and shall not exceed the contract value of the order.

Taxes

Applicable sales and use taxes (or those subsequently levied by tax authorities) are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the prices listed on the Bali Print Shop website. Any direct taxes, customs duties, or additional tariff assessments imposed by tax authorities on production, sale, or delivery shall be added to the purchase price and paid in full by the Customer.

Payment Methods

Payments made via PayPal are subject to transaction fees based on PayPal's prevailing exchange rate (IDR to USD). Transactions processed via PayPal or Indonesian Credit Cards will incur a 5% handling fee on the total order amount.

Order Cancellation

Bali Print Shop can process order cancellations provided the printing process has not yet commenced. If an order has entered production, finishing, or shipping stages, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or telephone, and our Customer Support team will inform you of eligibility and any applicable cancellation fees based on the production stage.

Returns & Refunds

Because each order is custom-made according to Customer specifications and holds no resale value, printed items cannot be returned or refunded (no refund/credit). If a verified error is determined to be solely the fault of Bali Print Shop, we will reprint the order at no additional charge.

Reprints

The Customer must notify Bali Print Shop of any defects or errors after receiving the order. To qualify for a reprint replacement, the Customer must return the full quantity of defective products in their original condition within 3 business days of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Bali Print Shop is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, such as fire, flood, theft, vandalism, war, civil unrest, government action, natural disasters, or other occurrences beyond our control. We are also not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to potential unforeseen transit delays.

Bali Print Shop makes every effort to adhere to delivery schedules. However, unexpected equipment failures, machine malfunctions, supplier material shortages, or other unavoidable circumstances may delay production. In cases of delay caused by internal technical difficulties, applicable fees may be waived or adjusted. Technical difficulties shall not constitute grounds for order cancellation by the Customer.

Proof of delivery (delivery receipt) is not provided automatically unless requested at the time of ordering. Bali Print Shop reserves the right to select or substitute alternative shipping couriers as deemed necessary.

Delivery Failures & Loss

Bali Print Shop is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, negligence, or loss/damage caused by third-party delivery services.

When a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the Customer, Bali Print Shop will re-ship the package upon address correction, and all additional shipping charges shall be borne by the Customer.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The rights and obligations of the Customer and Bali Print Shop, as well as the effects of this agreement, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be settled exclusively through arbitration or the District Court of Denpasar, Bali. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties. Any matters regarding the validity of this arbitration clause shall be determined under applicable law in the jurisdiction of Denpasar, Bali.
